Burna Boy’s recent album, Twice As Tall, has been named as the most-streamed Nigerian album on the streaming platform, Spotify, in 2020. This comes shortly after, the album earned the singer his second Grammy Awards nomination. The self-acclaimed African Giant secured the number one spot on as the most-streamed Nigerian album on Spotify in 2020 with over 64 million streams to its credit. The rating is for albums that were released in 2020. According to the streaming platform, in the second place on the chat of most-streamed Nigerian music, this year is Wizkid’s ‘Made In Lagos’, while songstress, Tiwa Savage’s Celia comes third. Grammy: Burna Boy Reacts As “Twice As Tall” Album Gets Nomination

Nigerian singer Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu known as Burna Boy has reacted to the nomination of his Twice As Tall album for 2021 GRAMMYs. This is his second Grammy Awards Nomination. Taking to Twitter shortly after the announcement of the nomination, he wrote; “Another one. #TWICEASTALL.” Twice as Tall, his 5th studio album which was released in July 2020 is among the four albums nominated for Best Global Music Album. The 2021 Grammy awards would be taking place in Los Angeles , California January 2021.

A Nigerian photographer has accused Burna Boy of intellectual theft in his recently released 'Twice as Tall' album.   @webgod30 in his tweet, alleged that the singer stole the idea of the cover photo for his album from a 2019 photo he shared.   He tweeted;   Remember this my Picture from 2019? Thats how @burnaboy went to copy and use it for #TWICEASTALL in 2020. i cry out On behalf of my other brothers who cry that their ideas are being stolen. This intellectual property theft is paining my lungs. #BurnaBoy must pay me damage
