The Federal High Court in Abuja has turned down the motioned filed by Omoyele Sowore who happens to be the convenor of #RevolutionNow, disputing his 45 days detention by the Department of State Security (DSS). Justice Nkeonye Maya forwarded the case back to Justice Taiwo for further hearing on Wednesday after denying all the applications. A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted the DSS permission to detain the convener of RevolutionNow, Omoyele Sowore, for 45 days.
