The federal government has completed the abandoned Nnamdi Azikiwe Mansoleum in Onitsha, Anambra state. The edifice was started in 1996 by the Late Gen.Sani Abacha led-millitary government but was later abandoned. Successive governments ignored the project. However,Work began on the project in 2015 by the Babatunde Fashola led-ministry of works and has since been concluded. The project is now set to be a tourist attraction to the state.
