Bandits kidnap widow of PDP chairman, 13 others in Kogi

This was revealed by the General manager, Kogi State Sanitation and Waste Management Board, KSSWMB, Mallam Abdulganiyu Ahunni in a statement on Thursday. The KSSWMB General Manager noted that the action was in line with the public health law of 1963, and Kogi State sanitation board law. Bishop Joseph Masin, the Chairman of the Nasarawa State Chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria, (CAN ) has regained freedom after being kidnapped on May 27. LIB reported earlier that the gunmen who stormed his residence at Bukan Sidi area of Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital had demanded a N20m ransom for his release.
