Lagos police arrests man for unleashing his dogs on a female police officer

The Lagos state police command has arrested Adeyemi Abayomi, pictured left, a resident of No 115, Itire Road, Surulere, for allegedly unleashing his dogs to attack police operatives who came there to invite him after him to their station on Tuesday, March 2. The dogs bit a woman inspector, Atim Umoh. Suspected Herdsmen Kill Seven in Edo

About seven farmers have been killed by suspected herdsmen in some communities in Edo State. The attack was carried out on Wednesday February 17 at Ugboke, Oshodi, Okokodo, Ariyan, and a Yoruba camp situated in Ovia North-East Local Government Area of the state.
