Car accident reveals Catholic Priest has been stealing church offering

A car accident in which a Catholic Priest fractured his hip, revealed that he has been stealing church offering to the tune of $95,000.   When emergency workers responded to the accident in a California town last month, they saw bags of cash containing $18,305.86 allegedly stolen from the church in Father Oscar Diaz’s car. Subsequent investigation into the theft, revealed that Fr. Diaz had in his office and home, collection bags from Resurrection Parish totaling more than $95,000.   “There is also evidence that money was stolen in a variety of ways from each of the parishes where he had served as pastor. Anglican Bishop, Ogunele Dies

The Bishop of Diocese on the Coast, Church of Nigeria, (Anglican Communion) in Okitipupa Local Government area of Ondo State, Rt. Revd Ebunoluwa Ogunele is dead. Two suicide bombers attempting to invade a catholic church intercepted in Adamawa state

Two suicide bombers who attempted to invade the St. Pius Catholic Church In Shuwa, Madagali Local Government Area of Adamawa, while the church mass was ongoing this morning, were intercepted and they detonated the bomb on themselves in the process. A Fake Catholic priest who has worked as cleric for more than 18 years has been dismissed by the Catholic Church in Spain. Miguel Angel Ibarra carried out weddings and baptisms, first in Colombia and then in southern Spain, despite having never been ordained. Those ceremonies will still be recognised, the Church says, but not his communions or the confessions he heard. He was found to be an impostor after a complaint was filed in Colombia. The complainant alleged Mr Ibarra had forged his documents.
