Outside Maiduguri, Nobody is Safe in Borno – Dean of Borno Elders Forum, Prof Dikwa says

Prof. Khalifa Dikwa, Dean of Borno Elders Forum has raised an alarm of nobody being safe in Borno state except in the state capital, Maiduguri.
