Jumoke Kehinde, said to be a staff of Shoprite in Akure, Ondo State's capital has committed suicide after allegedly being suspended from work. A source told The Nation that she was found dead on New Year’s eve at her apartment in Kajola area along Oda-road, Akure. The body of a teenage boy has been found days after he disappeared after getting in a taxi to a train station. Alex Davies, 18, had not been seen since Monday afternoon April 29th after he left his home in Skelmersdale, West Lancashire. His phone had also not been used since then. After he wasn't found for hours, Lancashire Police launched a missing person enquiry, which was upgraded to "high-risk" on Thursday with the hunt reaching into its fourth day. A man has committed suicide days after stabbing his girlfriend to death and hiding her body under the bed. The man identified as, Thabiso Hlabahlaba, killed his girlfriend Khethiwe Mosoeu, last Thursday at a home in Centurion, Gauteng area of South Africa. The Nigerian federal government has criticised Saudi Arabia for executing a Nigerian woman for drug-related cases, describing the act as pathetic. The Lagos state police command have arrested and arraigned 34-year-old, Quaseem Olayiwola, a teacher in a school in the state, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his 14-year-old pupil in the state. Police prosecutor, Inspector Donny Raphael, who brought Olayiwola before the Ikeja Magistrate court on Thursday February 28th, said he committed the indecent act between October 2018 and January 2019 in a hotel.
