“The Level Of Deprivation Is Unbearable” — Alex Ikwechegh Supports #EndSARS

A prominent Business man and philanthropist in Abia State, Alex Mascot Ikwechegh, have declared his support for protesting Nigerian youths. Igbere TV reports that the youths have been on the streets for over 10 days to call for an end to police brutality and operations of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) unit of the Nigeria Police Force. Mr Ikwechegh, in a statement on Monday made available to Igbere TV said “the Nigerian political class has in no way availed the average Nigerian youth with any form of opportunity to strive and succeed in his endeavours.” Expressing his pain over Nigeria's current economic, the Philanthropist said that political machinery does not in any shape or form, protect the average Nigerian. The police in Lagos state have arrested one Ifeanyi Owoh, pictured above, for attempting to steal from a businessman who was in the state on a visit.
